I learned a “new” to me word today…and if you guessed, gregarious, then you’d be right! I was chatting with Gavin about how I really enjoyed my visit with the talented and sweet, Ali from Modern Pulp last night. I told him how much fun I had talking to her and how a simple meeting turned into a couple of hours of laughs and story telling and how I just really enjoy visiting with people! Gavin admitted he was envious of my gregarious nature and how easily I seem to chat with perfect strangers and recounted my boisterous visit on the Westjet flight to San Francisco with two gentlemen I was seated with. I laughed as I recalled how much fun that flight was for me and how loud we must have been laughing and sharing stories over mini bottles of wine.
Later I looked up gregarious as I had heard the word before but was not totally sure what the definition was. What I found, I think actually describes me well. I do love to visit with others and I love being in the good company of friends and family! I love how time can just run away from you when you are immersed in good company!
